exclusively for you. Our designs are made-to-measure, based on your selected fabric, design preferences, and body measurements. Because of this
personalized nature, our return and refund policy differs from ready-made apparel.
Returns & Refunds
- All MODASOU garments are custom-made and personalized.
- Returns, exchanges, or
refunds are not applicable once an order has been confirmed and production
has begun.
- This policy applies to:
- Custom measurements
- Customized designs
- Fabric selection and tailoring preferences
We encourage customers to carefully review measurements, design details, and order specifications before placing an order.
Complimentary Alteration Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us.
- One (1) free alteration is provided by MODASOU for every custom order.
- The free alteration covers fit-related adjustments only (e.g., minor looseness or tightness).
- Alteration requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The garment must be:
- Unworn (except for trial)
- Unwashed
- In original condition
Alteration Logistics
- Customers may be required to ship the garment back for alteration.
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
- MODASOU will handle the alteration and ship the garment back after completion.
What Alterations Do Not Cover
The complimentary alteration does not apply to:
- Design changes after delivery
- Change of fabric, color, or pattern
- Significant resizing due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Damage caused after delivery (wear and tear, washing, mishandling)
Additional alterations beyond the complimentary one may be offered at an extra cost.
Measurement Responsibility
- Accurate measurements are essential for a perfect fit.
- MODASOU provides measurement guides and tutorials to support customers.
- Final fit responsibility rests on the measurements shared by the customer.
