MODASOU is currently operated by an individual proprietor. The brand is in the process of formal company incorporation under applicable Indian laws. Until incorporation is completed, all transactions, invoices, and payments are processed under the proprietor's name.
MODASOU provides design-led, made-to-order and customized fashion services, including garment design coordination, tailoring facilitation, and personalization support. All products are customized specifically for the customer based on selected design, measurements, and preferences.
All payments made on the MODASOU website are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways and credited to the proprietor account operating the MODASOU brand. By completing a transaction, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this arrangement during the pre-incorporation phase.
As all garments are made-to-order and customized, returns and refunds are not permitted. However, MODASOU offers one complimentary alteration in cases where minor fit adjustments are required, subject to feasibility and review.
Invoices and payment receipts will be issued in the name of the individual proprietor operating under the MODASOU brand until formal incorporation is completed.
Upon completion of company incorporation, MODASOU reserves the right to transfer all operations, payments, and contractual relationships to the incorporated entity without impacting existing customer orders or service commitments.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Customer data collected on the MODASOU platform is managed by the individual proprietor and will be handled with strict confidentiality. Customer data will not be shared with any third-party companies for marketing or resale purposes. Upon incorporation, data may be transferred to the registered entity while maintaining the same level of protection and privacy.
