Who will design my attire?
Your garment is created by our network of carefully selected designers and artisan partners — many trained at India's leading fashion institutions, each bringing years of specialised experience to their craft. When you choose a service, you can view each designer's profile and speciality, so you always know exactly who is bringing your piece to life.
How do I send my measurements?
To make measuring simple and accurate, we've prepared easy-to-follow measurement videos. You'll find them within each service as you place your order, guiding you step by step so you can capture your measurements confidently at home.
How can I request extra features or details on my attire?
During checkout you can add notes for the designer describing any details or features you'd like, and we'll pass them along and coordinate on your behalf. If you have more specific requests or questions, simply message us on WhatsApp and we'll be happy to help.
Can I make changes after I've paid?
Yes — as long as stitching hasn't begun. Just message us on WhatsApp with the changes you'd like, and provided your designer hasn't started working on your garment yet, we'll do our best to accommodate them.
How do I make payment?
Once you've finalised your design and measurements, add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. On the payment step you can pay securely through Razorpay using your preferred method — credit or debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email and your garment goes into production.
What if there's a problem with the fit?
There's no need to worry. Every order includes one complimentary alteration — we'll arrange a free pickup and delivery of your garment, have the necessary adjustments made, and return it to you at no extra cost.
Can I get a refund if I don't like my attire?
Because each piece is custom-made to your design and measurements, we're unable to offer refunds. We'd encourage you to review our Refund Policy in full before placing your order.
